What is Zena?

Zena is a luxury subscription box designed for women. Zena is your monthly moment with yourself, during your period. Take a moment to relax, sip a cup of tea, have a treat and read our blog.

What Zena means?

Zena means beauty in arabic. We thought it was the perfect cute, short, catchy word for a box.


What’s inside Zena box? 

Every month we create a perfect quality box for your well being.

Zena box will include 4 to 6 items : such as (mandotary) Organic Tampons, treats, warm drinks, Zena brand products, beauty products, cards.

 

Do you ship anywhere in the world? 

So far we ship in New Zealand and Australia only but we are working towards worldwide options.

 

How often am I charged?

Monthly subscription: You are initially charged on the date you purchase the box, then you are charged on the 1st of each month thereafter.

3 Month Subscription: You are initially charged on the date you purchase the box, then you are charged  on the 1st of the month every 3 months thereafter.

6 Month subscription: You are initially charged on the date you purchase the box, then you are charged  on the 1st of the month every 6 months thereafter.

12 Month Subscription: You are initially charged on the date you purchase the box, then you are charged  on the 1st of the month every 12 months thereafter.

 

Gift Purchase or One time purchase: 

You are charged once on the date you purchase the box as a gift only.

 

Can I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your upcoming orders anytime by accessing your account. Select manage subscription on our website homepage.

 

By canceling you are stopping all future orders. 

 

Can I skip a month?

No, but you can cancel your subscription at anytime so you won't be charged for upcoming orders. You can purchase a subscription again in the future if there are any subscription spaces available. If we are sold out make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be one of the first to be notified when we have more spaces available.

 

How do I change my details (address, credit card/debit card)? 

You can change your details for your subscription by accessing your account.

What happens if the recurring charge fails because I don’t have enough money on my card?

We will retry processing a failed transaction for 5 days before the subscription is cancelled. Make sure to have enough money in your account on the 1st of each month :)

 

When do you send the monthly boxes?

We send the boxes by the 31st of each month.

 

When should I receive my box?

This can depend on where you are in the world and when you placed the order. People on a subscription will be prioritised for early fulfillment. Typically you will receive your Box during the 1st or 2nd week of the month.

Your shipment is tracked when possible. You are notified by e-mail of your shipment and given your personal tracking number.

 

How is the box packaged?

We place the items securely in a high quality box that is designed to keep everything safe. We then additionally use a water resistant packing slip for shipping purposes to keep your box clean, secure and safe through it’s journey to you.

 

Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Zena cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rares occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

Can I make suggestions?

Yes, we would love that. Tell us on Facebook private message or email : info@hizena.com - what would you like to receive in a future box of any suggestion you may have.
